Health & Wellbeing

Medical insurance:
One PPO and one HDHP (High Deductible Health Plan) plan, both provided by UHC and one HMO plan from Kaiser, with the option of adding dependents to any plan, is covered by Moonbug with just a small employee contribution -
Dental:
A PPO Dental insurance is covered by Moonbug with a minimum employee contribution. Our plans offer the option of adding dependents at employee cost to any plan. Additionally, we also offer the option to self fund additional orthodontia -
Vision:
Plan is offered to our employees and their dependents for a minimum contribution by the employee -
Basic Life/Accidental, Death, Dismemberment (AD&D)
An amount equal to 2 times your basic annual earnings. -
Disability:
Insurance Includes continued pay (of a portion of your salary) in the event that injury, accident, or illness prohibits your ability to work -
EAP:
A confidential support service offered providing access to counselling, advice, and resources for a range of personal and work-related issues -
Headspace:
The most comprehensive digital mental health and well-being platform. Offers access to courses & meditation sessions for reducing stress, increasing focus, and even promoting more restful sleep

Paid Vacation Time: 20 days per year

6 days of sick time, 3 days of Study leave, 2 days of volunteering. In addition, jury duty and bereavement, if you need them -
