How long does the hiring process typically take?
The recruitment process duration varies depending on the role and availability of hiring team members. Generally, it takes 2–6 weeks from application to offer. We aim to keep candidates informed at each stage.

What does the interview process involve?
Initial Screening: A phone or virtual interview with a recruiter to discuss your background, skills, and interest in the role.
Hiring Manager Interview: A discussion with the hiring manager to delve deeper into your experience.
Technical/Role-Specific Interviews: Depending on the role, you may have one or more interviews focused on skills assessments, case studies, or portfolio reviews.

We recommend business casual attire. However, feel free to ask your recruiter about the dress code to ensure you're comfortable and appropriately dressed for the company’s culture.

While we aim to provide constructive feedback, due to the high volume of applications, we may not be able to give specific feedback to every candidate. We appreciate your interest and encourage you to apply for future opportunities.

Do you offer remote or flexible work options?
No, we have an in office culture at Moonbug we occasional flexibility but we do not offer hybrid working.
